From October 8 to 10, 2024, at the “Autonomous Mobile Robots & Logistics Conference 2024” held at the Renasant Convention Center in Memphis, Tennessee in the U.S, AsReader, Inc., the Group’s U.S. subsidiary, exhibited for the first time.

A3–Autonomous Mobile Robots & Logistics Conference–is an exhibition focused on autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and logistics automation, and is a place where many companies aiming to improve operational efficiency in a wide range of manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and medical care industries come to experience cutting-edge technologies and gather information. This was AsReader, Inc.’s first time exhibiting at A3.

At A3, we showed a state-of-the-art warehouse management system with a new
approach to improving logistics efficiency and automation, realized by linking our
RFID technology with the autonomous mobile robot “Locus Origin” of the American
company “Locus Robotics”, which is the world’s leading autonomous mobile robot.
In addition, Japan announced the “AsReader HAKOBU,” to the U.S., which is a
transfer robot system that utilizes linear motor technology being developed by
Asterisk, which was released on September 9, 2024 in Japan.

During the exhibition, many interested visitors visited the booth, and we were able to have an opportunity to talk and exchange information with leaders in the
logistics industry.

Of course, we also exhibited various conventional AsReaders, which can be
attached to smartphones and other mobile devices and used as handy terminals,
and proposed the promotion of business DX using smartphones.

Asterisk Co., Ltd. and its group companies will develop new products and strengthen their sales capabilities based on the needs obtained at this exhibition, aiming to increase sales in Europe and the United States as well as in Japan.
