Greeting from the President

Our motto is to create “customer satisfaction.” What does the introduction of IT bring to the world? What do companies expect from IT? In the current fashionable trend of IT introduction, there are currently many cases where IT functions are created on a whim and where business functions that were never suited for IT solutions become more complicated.

I think that this trend sometimes means that the end result goes completely against the original intentions of the customer. In order to make effective use of IT for company management, we believe that it is not sufficient to simply create IT functions. It is important to understand real nature of the customer’s objectives.

The objective may be for the company to increase profitability, to create a bridge between the company and its customers, to increase work efficiency, to improve the level of the company’s services, or to improve product quality, etc. For each different objective, if we can align the expectations of the company and its employees and build a relationship of trust, then “customer satisfaction” will be a natural result. We will use IT to help your company achieve “customer satisfaction.”
